4. Do you offer same-day delivery?

In most cases, yes — depending on your location and the time of the order.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed early in the day.
During busy seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), availability may vary.

Absolutely!
You can request custom bouquets by contacting us directly.
Tell us your preferred colours, flowers, and style, and our florists will prepare a personalized design.

Yes. All our fresh bouquets are made using carefully selected, high-quality flowers sourced from trusted suppliers.
Every arrangement is prepared on the day of delivery to ensure optimal freshness.


7. Do you offer sympathy and funeral arrangements?

Yes, we provide a full range of sympathy flowers, including wreaths, standing sprays, coffin arrangements, and condolence bouquets.


8. How long do dried flowers last?

Our dried floral arrangements can last from 6 months to 2 years depending on care.
Keep them away from humidity and direct sunlight to maintain their colours.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details or delivery confirmation.


11. What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If there is an issue with your flowers (damaged, incorrect, or not as expected), please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will assist you immediately.


12. Do you deliver outside France?

Currently, our delivery service is mainly within France, but we are working on expanding to nearby European regions.

  • Change the water every 1–2 days

  • Trim stems diagonally

  • Keep flowers away from heat and direct sun

  • Use the provided flower food (if included)
